You know it better than anyone else: at construction sites progressively longer pipes are being used. The result? A pile driver on its own is not enough to pull them out of the ground. That’s why INPIEQ brought the PE400 pipe/casing extractor onto the market.
New semi-automatic system for cast-in-situ pile production
As an addition to the INPIEQ DLS, we have developed a system that enable us to guide the rig as well as logging. This gives a completely different dimension to casting piles in situ, resulting in optimal casting of the pile.
COMPLETED PROJECT: OLD CRANE AS GOOD AS NEW AGAIN!
On behalf of a client from Belgium, we gave this old crane a comprehensive inspection. INPIEQ completely overhauled the crane and delivered it ready for use. On the day after delivery the rig was working on the construction site once again, in its splendid new company colours.
NEW: DATA LOGGING SYSTEM FOR GROUT INJECTION ON DRILLING RIG
For Gebr. van ’t Hek BV, INPIEQ has already provided 12 pile-driving rigs with INPIEQ Data Logging System. They are so satisfied with them that we have now also been contracted, in a phased approach, to provide a customised Data Logging System to all drilling rigs for drilling piles with grout injection. This system ensures that all parameters are automatically measured and saved. The first systems have by now been installed and delivered to the client.
1993 machine ready for the future again!
One of our customers, Tubex BV, asked us to overhaul this drilling rig which was made in 1993. The machine no longer met current standards for emissions and could therefore seldom be used. We were commissioned to carry out the conversion and the results speak for themselves! Now, the rig not only meets the most recent environmental requirements, it has also been fitted with the latest electro-hydraulic controls!
